Dalet announced today that its German subsidiary has signed an agreement for the sale of the assets related to the OpenMedia product to some of its local managers. Accordingly, all OpenMedia-specific professional services and developments will be handled by Annova Systems GmbH, a newly formed company. Dalet retains its Munich-based DaletPlus Professional Services team, in order to expand the sales and support of its DaletPlus product line on the German market.
