Revenues for the Third Quarter of 2008

Dalet has announced consolidated revenues (unaudited) for the third quarter of 2008 of €4 million, compared to €3.4 million in Q3 2007 (+18%)

Dalet has announced consolidated revenues (unaudited) for the third quarter of 2008 of €4.0 million, an 18% growth compared to €3.4 million in Q3-07. The resulting 9 months revenues total €13.1 million, a 13% increase with respect to the same period last year.

Gross Margin (revenues minus cost of goods sold) for the quarter totalled €3.3 million, compared to €3.0 million for the same period last year (+7%).

In terms of geographical distribution of the revenues, Dalet experienced a significant increase in US sales (+51% over the 9 months period). This growth is entirely driven by sales on the TV market. Among the recent contract wins with prestigious US customers is NY1, the flagship news channel for Time Warner Cable’s Local News Division in New York City. NY1 has selected the Dalet News Suite system as its newsroom and workflow automation system.

NY1 is one of a growing number of broadcasters who are relying on Dalet solutions to enhance their revenues by enabling them to streamline operations and provide rapid, cost-efficient delivery of news content to multiple platforms.

At September 30, 2008, the company’s backlog for Q4-2008 was €4.2 million.
