This is why Dalet’s Pre-Sales Manager and Solution Architect Sharif Khan and Customer Advocate & Trainer Jonathan Coutts-Zawadzki are launching Quick Cuts on YouTube, where in less than five minutes you learn something new with our media asset management, content supply chain and production platform, Dalet Flex.

Tips and Tricks

In our current age of TikTok and YouTube’s #Shorts, we bring you these two-to-three minute videos as an approach for users to quickly familiarize themselves with the Dalet Flex platform. The idea is not to overwhelm users with a 30-to-90-minute video that offers a comprehensive look at our platform while taking away a massive chunk of your workday in the process. Instead, we offer you a less-than-five-minute solution that leads to another solution, and then another.

Our first season of Quick Cuts on YouTube will follow the basic workflow of a video project, and each episode will acclimatize users to the Dalet Flex approach. Our series starts with a brief introduction of what Dalet Flex is and what it offers on the basic level as a multimedia asset management platform. From here, Sharif and Jonathan then look at one aspect of Dalet Flex — creating and assigning metadata, importing and storing assets, DIY troubleshooting — in each video.

It’s the same comprehensive approach to what Dalet Flex offers you in asset management, just broken down into a digestible delivery. After a couple of minutes with Sharif and Jonathan, you can either return to Dalet Flex and accomplish whatever you need to get done, or you can look at what else we have in the log of episodes and find another solution. And if you don’t find the solution you are looking for in the Quick Cuts library, you can put in a request in the Comments section for a solution you need or a feature you want to know more about.
