Dalet Care – 24/7 Support

Dalet Care is a complete support program dedicated to your continued success and growth. It operates worldwide, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Its three support centers are strategically located to handle support calls around the clock and around the globe.
 
In order to tailor the level of support to the unique needs of your organization, Dalet Care offers four different levels of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ranging from Standard to Custom.
 
Dalet iCare, our online collaborative Customer Relationship Management system, provides real-time monitoring of tickets. User guides and manuals, as well as many other helpful resources are also available through our customer portal.
