Levallois-Perret, France – May 2, 2012 – Dalet Digital Media Systems has been awarded a TV Technology 2012 STAR (Superior Technology Award Recipient) Award by the editors of TV Technology magazine at the 2012 NAB convention in Las Vegas. Unveiled at this year’s broadcast show, Dalet Galaxy is the new version of the company’s enterprise Media Asset Management (MAM) platform. It includes a high-value, BPMN 2.0-compliant workflow engine, specially tailored for broadcast workflows, which dramatically boosts productivity while providing operational and business visibility across the media enterprise. Dalet Galaxy also features the new Dalet One Cut video editor and a totally revamped graphical user interface.

Now celebrating its 12th anniversary, TV Technology’s STAR Award is designed to honor and showcase the outstanding technological innovations available to the broadcast industry. A panel of judges consisting of TV Technology editors, columnists and industry experts reviewed a variety of products, examined the technical applications and their overall contribution to the industry and submitted their award nominees.

“The NAB Show serves as the launching pad for thousands of new products and services for audio and video professionals,” said Tom Butts, TV Technology Editor-in-Chief. “Our panel of judges walks the show floor in search of the most innovative technologies. The products and services that we select for the STAR Award make the cut—they demonstrate their ability to help advance the acquisition and distribution of entertainment and information across the media spectrum.”

Dalet Galaxy is the first open and fully integrated solution for managing any type of digital media, as well as multiple workflows, on a converged platform that addresses all aspects of television, radio and digital media production.

“We’re very pleased to be recognized with a TV Technology Star Award for a second straight year” said Raoul Cospen, Director of Marketing for Dalet. “Dalet Galaxy, with the new BPMN workflow engine, will enable broadcasters to transition from channel-centric workflows to a more efficient, industrialized model, in which content is produced, seamlessly made available and transformed for delivery to multiple outlets. Our customers can nimbly produce more content for more channels and devices to improve their bottom lines. The Dalet MAM core leverages open IT standards in a MAM framework, making it far easier and less costly to add new channels, services and viewing platforms.”

The new BPM workflow engine in Dalet Galaxy includes tools for designing and modeling workflows, and for orchestrating human tasks as well as automated processes (transcoding, file transfers, etc.). All operational and business processes are now fully visible and monitored across the enterprise, in real-time, with advanced reporting capabilities based on actual metrics coming from the system. Dalet Galaxy will be available for general release later this year.

The Dalet MAM core unifies diverse systems to provide an end-to-end, cross-system, metadata, content and workflow management solution. Dalet Galaxy will become the foundation for the company’s enterprise MAM solutions, which include the purpose-built workgroup packages Dalet Media Life for program prep, promo production and multimedia archiving, Dalet News Suite for news production and distribution, Dalet Sports Factory for live event and sports production and Dalet Radio Suite for multiplatform news and music programming.

Levallois-Perret, France ― April 16, 2012 ― Softel and Dalet announced today that their integrated subtitling and captioning solution based on Softel’s Swift™ vTX and Dalet Media Life has been successfully deployed at several customer locations around the world. Developed as the result of a partnership between the two companies, first announced at NAB 2011, the integration provides a highly efficient platform for a variety of subtitling and captioning processes and has enabled broadcasters to optimize their video assets and mine this rich metadata.

The integration allows the text from subtitles and closed captions associated with a video asset to be searched and reviewed directly from within the Dalet MAM system. Softel’s software enables customers to extract encoded subtitles and captions from archives or recently-produced/ingested materials for re-purposing.

These extracted assets can then be converted by Softel’s Swift vTX into a variety of target subtitle or caption file formats, including those commonly used with content delivered to new media devices. These files are stored in the Media Life content catalog where they can be automatically pushed to different publishing platforms or maintained for later use, saving customers the expense of providing live subtitles and captions for content that has already aired.

“The result of our year-long partnership with Dalet offers substantial benefits for users of Dalet Media Life,” says Sam Pemberton, Softel CEO. “Anyone involved in the production of multiple formats for multiple platforms knows that subtitles and captions need to be integrated tightly and efficiently into the workflow; otherwise complexity quickly becomes unmanageable. This integrated solution is truly elegant and delivers a much simpler, faster and more reliable workflow that encourages the reuse of assets, in turn enhancing customer profitability, and demonstrates compelling ROI. Enabling rich metadata search is increasingly important to our customers and we are delighted to offer this functionality in a streamlined and efficient workflow.”

“Our integration with Softel really simplifies the workflow for our customers, especially those working with long-form programs,” says Raoul Cospen, director of marketing, Dalet. “Users who are preparing content can access, manipulate, and validate subtitles directly in a Web client, using the Dalet preview window and easy-to-use tools. It produces a very smooth and time-saving workflow especially with the automated publishing capability that shifts all the technical complexity to back-office servers.”

About Softel Swift vTX
Softel’s Swift vTX enables automatic insertion, encoding and transcoding of subtitles, captions and other video ancillary data. Broadcasters use Swift vTX as part of a file-based workflow to re-purpose content quickly and easily, enabling multiplatform and worldwide distribution in SD and HD to a complete array of viewing devices. Swift vTX encodes subtitles and captions into a wide range of video file formats, including MXF, and has direct interfaces with leading video servers for complete flexibility and seamless integration with a variety of workflows.

About Dalet Media Life

Visit Dalet and Switch Media at NAB 2012 on booth #SL4615

SYDNEY, 16 April 2012 – Multi-platform video specialists Switch Media today announced that their Video Content Management System (VCMS) is now 100% API integrated with the Dalet Enterprise Edition and Dalet web services including News, Media Asset Management and Sport.

Switch Media’s Global Head of Sales Mark Johns explained, “This is a very big step forward for anyone wanting to publish content to multiple platforms as the VCMS integration allows users to publish to any connected device directly from Dalet’s Enterprise Edition MAM system – with just one click.”

The Switch Media VCMS Dalet integration has significant benefits for broadcasters and journalists in the field too.

Johns continued, “With this new functionality a journalist doesn’t have to worry about formats and workflows of the devices they are publishing to as the Switch Media VCMS takes care of all of this for them. As the VCMS is device agnostic it doesn’t matter if the asset is going to a TV, tablet, PC or all three, with one click it is sent and published without human intervention.”

Another major advantage of the VCMS / Dalet integration is the immediate availability of analytics about the published assets directly from the MAM system.

Johns added, “Again, this is a major plus for those needing to publish and immediately know the status of their assets. We have now a complete and seamlessly integrated MAM solution which is easy to use and completely intuitive. This is one of the most advanced integrations of its type with a very high level of functionality that includes analytic results that can help improve business in a multi-platform publishing environment.”

Switch Media’s Video Content Management System (VCMS) forms the basis of many of the industry’s leading multi-platform video management and distribution solutions.

As a highly customisable Media Asset Management (MAM) platform, Dalet Enterprise Edition enables broadcasters and content producers to integrate multiple workflows and formats – news, sports, programs, VOD, archives in SD and HD – under one fluid system. Built-in production tools manage ingest, logging, production, distribution and archiving across systems and workgroups.

“The integration of Switch Media’s VCMS with the Enterprise Edition MAM system really is a step forward,” says Kevin Savina, Director of Product Management, Dalet. “Usually the link between the CMS and the MAM system is a simple push of data. What we have here with Switch Media is a much deeper and meaningful integration with bi-directional exchanges of information at a very granular level and with feedback. With the level of analytics that the VCMS brings, data can now stay with the person publishing it enabling them to see exactly who is using their published asset, from the very device they published it from.”

Switch Media and Dalet can be found at NAB 2012 in the South Lower hall on booth #SL4615

With the capability to manipulate any type of digital object, including video, audio, text, and graphics, the possibilities are endless,” says Stephane Schlayen, Chief Operating Officer, Dalet. “All the operational and business processes are now fully visible and monitored across the enterprise, in real-time. Advanced reporting capabilities provide the means to improve efficiencies and workflows based on actual metrics coming from the system. Customers can control their processes at all levels — horizontally and vertically. This kind of insight and agility will be increasingly important in our fast-changing business environment.”

The new BPM workflow engine in Dalet Galaxy includes tools for designing and modeling workflows, and for orchestrating human tasks as well as automated processes (transcoding, file transfers, etc.). This comes with contextual “To Do” list capability, which adds even greater productivity to the workflow and transparency to the operators. Managers can prioritize and re-assign tasks and make sure deadlines are met.

“This breakthrough technology goes well beyond automation. With BPM, you can see the totality of the workflow, and at the same time, you can identify the internal progress of each workflow step at a granular level — see where assets are in the workflow, check statuses, change priorities and pinpoint bottlenecks. Other business sectors have already benefited greatly from BPM, and now we are bringing the same potential to the broadcast and media industry,” explains Kevin Savina, Director of Product Management, Dalet. “There will also be many new and significant workflow enhancements in Dalet Galaxy, such as the new user interface and Dalet One Cut, our fully integrated multitrack video editor. We’ve also expanded capabilities for video and metadata exchanges between our MAM and leading NLEs; the Dalet Xtend module, which already supported Apple Final Cut Pro, now supports Avid NLEs and will soon support Adobe Premiere. From start to finish and in many different ways, Dalet Galaxy will truly make your business smarter and more efficient.”

Highlights of Dalet Galaxy
Advanced Media Asset Management Platform unifies diverse systems to provide an end-to-end, cross-system metadata, content and workflow management solution.

• Integrated, single database solution with centralized, multimedia content catalogue with highly customizable data model
• Enterprise search engine for indexing and searching for fast, easy content sharing and repurposing
• Integration tools (Web Services APIs, MXF, XML, etc.) for building a cross-system, end-to-end solution linking together traffic, graphics, post-production, automation and archive

Workflow Engine – Added to Dalet MAM core and adapted for media businesses, this powerful, non-proprietary workflow engine follows the BPMN 2.0 Business Process Management standard.

• Adds visibility to your enterprise by exposing operational processes/workflows to business layer
• Greater clarity in the process chain adds value to the business enterprise
• Improves agility to react to industry and competitive shifts
• Orchestrates and automates IT processes and human tasks for greater productivity and efficiency

Design Tool for Modeling Workflows allows you to graphically design your workflows.
• Visual modeling based on BPMN 2.0 standardized notation helps define roles, responsibilities and processes. Precise, graphical representation helps identify and correct gaps, redundancies and inefficiencies

Real-time Data for Business Reporting
• Audit trails improve accountability with easily traceable paths for key actions in production chain
• Accessible in customized reports or available as raw data for complex analysis
• Data can be used to build Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ongoing Business Activity Monitoring

Contextual To Do Lists streamline the workflow and ensure compliance with established procedures. Tasks are prioritized and assigned to individual users or user groups. When operators accept a task, the tools needed to complete the task (video editor, metadata form, etc.) automatically open on the user’s desktop. There is no doubt about which tool to use, what asset to work on or how to proceed as user prompts drive the task to completion.
The New Graphical User Interface is completely updated to meet modern usability standards and will provide a consistent look across all applications. The GUI also features different “skins.” Either a light or dark background can be applied to particular functions or workgroups in order to make the desktop tools easier to see and navigate. For instance, the dark background might be applied for technical operators who perform tasks in low-light environments such as gallery control rooms, while the light background might be more beneficial for users focused on text, metadata entry, indexing and logging.

Dalet One Cut is a real-time, multitrack video and audio editing platform. One Cut is the ideal tool for multimedia journalists and content prep operators. The system can be configured to match the complexity of different tasks and the proficiency of the users. Clips can be stored in the Dalet Clip Bin where they can be shared, assembled and storyboarded.

Dalet Xtend for Avid NLEs and Adobe Premiere – This module provides for seamless exchanges of videos, shot lists, EDLs and their metadata between NLEs and the Dalet MAM and is now available for Avid Media Composer and Avid NewsCutter in addition to Apple Final Cut Pro. The module will shortly be available for Adobe Premiere editing systems.

Enterprise Search and cataloguing including glossary, thesaurus and genealogy for faster searching and content sharing.

Dalet WebSpace and Google Gadgets – Dalet Galaxy now makes content and tools even more accessible. With Web Space, authorized local and remote users can share content and access Dalet toolsets via a standard web browser. It is also possible to expose content and tools such as Dalet Preview, Media Logger and Storyboarder directly onto customer portals using Google gadget technology.

Dalet Xtend Module Now Provides Seamless Media and Metadata Exchanges between Dalet MAM Platform and Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Apple Final Cut Pro editing applications

PARIS, FRANCE – April 10, 2012 – Dalet Digital Media Systems today announced more flexible and comprehensive integration support with several non-linear editing platforms. The Dalet Xtend module, originally created to facilitate a more fluid workflow between the Dalet Media Asset Management platform and Apple Final Cut Pro® systems, is being expanded to include similar media and metadata exchange capabilities with Avid Media Composer®, Avid NewsCutter®, Adobe® Premiere®, and other NLEs. This interoperability significantly increases productivity and collaboration for editing workgroups. Dalet Xtend for Avid will be demonstrated at NAB 2012 on the Dalet Stand (SL4615). Dalet Xtend for Adobe Premiere will be available later this year.

“Dalet Xtend makes the production workflow much more seamless in every scenario, whether it is for news production, program prep or sports. Designed originally for integrating with Final Cut Pro, Dalet Xtend has gotten excellent feedback from customers and we are pleased to make similar functionality available with other industry standard NLEs,” says Raoul Cospen, Director of Marketing, Dalet. “It relies on open development technology and allows editors working on NLEs to be tightly integrated into the overall production workflow rather than functioning in operational silos. Dalet Xtend also gives customers the flexibility to assemble their preferences for best-of-breed choices for production tools with the assurance that they can change their preferences in the future.”

With Dalet Xtend editors have access to media (videos, EDLS, shot selections, etc) and metadata that are stored in the Dalet content catalogue directly from their NLE workstations. From their Dalet workstations, prep-editors have access to incoming feeds while they are being recorded, and they have access to powerful search tools to find relevant material in the archive. They also have a rich set of prep-editing tools available from the same application that cover many pre-production tasks such as clip selection, storyboarding and even voice over recording. Clips, EDLs and videos are directly accessible from 3rd party NLEs, where more complex editing can be done. The finished work can then be exported back to Dalet as a new title, or saved against a placeholder – all with the appropriate metadata entries as the exchange process is not destructive to the metadata. Crucial information such as descriptive locators and usage rights flow back and forth and are tracked by the Dalet content catalogue thanks to intelligent genealogy.

The Dalet MAM engine expertly controls the metadata and media processes. Genealogy metadata linking the editor’s material to the original sources can be preserved and content is better referenced throughout, making searches of the content catalogue and archives more efficient; content is more readily accessible to everyone who needs it. Dalet Xtend can significantly reduce expensive in-suite production time, streamline the workflow and improve media management.

Dalet’s next generation of Media Asset Management

Dalet Galaxy is the latest and most advanced version of the Dalet Media Asset Management platform and the most recent evolution of Dalet Enterprise Edition. It leverages more than 10 years of proven experience, R&D and customer input to deliver this business-centric, Media Asset Management platform for managing media workflows, systems and assets throughout the multimedia production and distribution chain.

Dalet Galaxy includes a new, powerful workflow engine that is fully compliant with BPMN 2.0, the standard for describing workflows for Business Process Management (BPM). We’ve integrated this high value, IT-standard engine into the Dalet Media Asset Management platform and tailored it meet the specific needs of the broadcast and media industry. Dalet Galaxy can add valuable new dimensions to your business with improved operational efficiency, business visibility and agility.

This workflow engine optimizes both human resources and automated tasks performed within Dalet and in other outside systems. By bringing together your people and processes you can design more efficient workflows and improve productivity. Greater clarity in the process chain allows you to maximize your resources. The BPM engine works across the all integrated systems as it routes information, executes and automates numerous human and IT-related tasks.

Dalet Galaxy will provide the foundational layer for our MAM-driven workflow solutions Media Life, News Suite, Sports Factory and Radio Suite.

Galaxy Tools for Operational and Business Visibility

The Dalet Galaxy BPM provides the critical tools to help drive your business to higher levels of efficiency and improved visibility with higher quality and greater output.

Workflow Engine

The fully integrated enterprise-level workflow engine allows you to orchestrate your media workflows in a structured way. When you combine automated tasks (such as conversions, file transfers, etc.) with human tasks performed by operators, the result is a unified view of the workflow in an end-to end rather than piecemeal or fragmentary approach. The Dalet Galaxy workflow engine also provides superior interaction with third-party systems to improve cross-system interoperability. It gives you the ultimate flexibility to customize workflows in and out of the Dalet system. You have insight into the totality of the workflow and you can also view the internal progress of each step of the workflow at a granular level. Real-time monitoring shows the evolution of workflow processes – where are the assets in the workflow, status, priorities and bottlenecks.

A specialized tool allows you to graphically design your workflows. The visual modeling helps define roles and clearly model your end-to-end workflow making it much easier to identify and correct gaps and inefficiencies.

Contextual “To Do” Lists

Priority-drive, contextual “To Do” lists in Dalet Galaxy add tremendous value by streamlining users tasks and ensuring compliance to established procedures. Tasks can be prioritized and assigned to individual users or a group of users. When a user accepts the task, the necessary tools to complete the tasks (video editor, metadata form, etc) automatically appear on the user’s screen. There’s no question of what tool to use or how to proceed. Different elements like pre-selected tiles, source targets for recordings, and user prompts can be constructed for each task. For instance, the user can’t advance to the next stage of the workflow unless he has completed any required steps (such as data entry, file naming, etc) associated with the task. The “To Do” lists are fully integrated into the production environment, giving users and managers the full context of how the task fits into the overall workflow.

Build Key Performance Indicators

By modeling workflows and making them visible at an operations level, you also make them visible to the business layer above. You can now identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can be used in ongoing Business Activity Monitoring (BAM). Data can be exposed in simple reports or fed to other systems for more complex business analysis.

Dalet One Cut

This real-time, multitrack video and audio editing tool is the precursor of a truly convergent audio/video production platform. Designed for speed and efficiency, OneCut has a user-friendly interface, allows for mixed video formats on the timeline and includes many features, including effects. It’s the perfect tool for today’s multimedia content producers.

Thesaurus and Glossary Integration

Dalet Galaxy includes many enhancements to the MAM core including SolR search, thesaurus and glossary integration, genealogy.

Dalet Webspace

WebSpace offers the ability to expose Dalet tools (Preview, Media Logger and Storyboard) on customer portals using google gadget technology.

New Graphical User Interface

We’ve updated the user interface and included several ergonomic improvements in line with modern usability standards. The new interface will provide a consistent look and feel across all the different modules.

Paris, April 3rd 2012 – Dalet’s Board of Directors has met on April 3rd, 2012 in the presence of the auditors and approved the consolidated financial statements for the 2011 fiscal year.

Dalet consolidated revenues for the year ended December 31, 2011 were €31.3 million, compared to €25.5 million (+23%) in 2010. Revenues were up 6% from €29.4 million pro-forma revenues for 2010, including twelve months revenues from Italian subsidiary GruppoTNT acquired in July 2010.

Gross margin (defined as revenues minus cost of goods and third-party services resold) for the year was €25.2 million, compared to €21.5 million pro-forma in 2010. The gross margin rate for 2011 increased from 73% (pro-forma) in 2010 to 81%, due to the strong shift away from the Italian subsidiary’s traditional hardware integration business in its domestic market.

Operating Profit: €1.3 million, Net Profit €1.3 million

The operating profit for the year was €1.3 million, compared to €1.2 million in 2010.

Consolidated Net profit (Group share) for 2011 increased by 45% to €1.3 million from €0.9 million in 2010.

Cash on 12/31/2011: €5.1 million

Visit Signiant at NAB 2012, Booth SL4228 and Dalet, Booth SL4615

BURLINGTON, MA and NEW YORK, NY (March 27, 2012) — Signiant, a provider of intelligent file movement software for the media and entertainment industry, and Dalet, a leading developer of media asset management (MAM) and news solutions, today announced the API integration of their flagship products at leading sports, post-production and broadcast organizations in the United States, Canada and the Netherlands. Through this collaboration, the companies have optimized essence manipulation and media and metadata management across multi-site operations.

The Dalet / Signiant integration addresses a wide range of needs. In contribution workflows, content can be automatically imported into the system, saving time and resources. In all cases, Signiant leverages available bandwidth to accelerate the transfers and enhance workflows. Dalet Enterprise Edition creates a cross-system MAM with a centralized content catalog that manages media, essence files and metadata across systems, storing and tracking contextual sets of associated multimedia along with metadata. Assets are readily searchable and accessible across the organization using Dalet tools or other third-party broadcast or business systems.

“The Dalet/Signiant partnership is a definite win-win for our customers, making multi-site collaboration and access to content seamless, whether it is through a centralized content catalog or multiple independent databases that are communicating together,” said Raoul Cospen, Director of Marketing at Dalet. “The Dalet workflow engine can seamlessly control the Signiant platform to trigger exchange workflows that move and copy video between multiple sites. It’s transparent for the users, and exchanges are faster and optimized. It’s the perfect combination of tools for multi-site management of news, sports, program management and production or contribution workflows or consolidating a multi-site archive.”

Signiant’s enterprise-scale software integrates seamlessly with complex IT infrastructure to enable fast, efficient workflows and media-aware networks. Signiant’s Media Exchange™ software offers distributed media organizations a powerful tool for initiating desktop-to-desktop transfers. The unified suite features patented acceleration and security protocols, provides superior user experiences and supports a range of diverse applications.

“We understand the complexity of what our customers are trying to accomplish and know that as files move around the world, they must originate from and arrive into a tightly integrated technology ecosystem,” said Rick Clarkson, Vice President of Product Management at Signiant. “Our partnership with Dalet addresses this level of technical integration for customers, and it is a logical step in both companies’ ongoing strategies to deliver maximum end-to-end value in workflow automation.”

New York, New York – March 21, 2012 – Dalet Digital Media Systems has announced that Shaw Media, one of Canada’s largest privately owned television broadcasters, has begun deployment of Dalet Enterprise Edition at their Television Playout Center in Toronto. Eighteen of the country’s most popular specialty channels, including HGTV Canada, Food Network Canada, History Television, and Showcase, originate from the Center. The deployment was executed in cooperation with broadcast consultant and reseller Majortech; it unifies all of the Toronto facility’s production, playout, and distribution systems within a robust and flexible framework for media and metadata management.

“Dalet Enterprise Edition has been incredibly open and agile in meeting our functional and technical requirements, which include Media Asset Management and a large number of third party system integrations,” says Shawn Kelly, Shaw Media’s Senior Director of Media Operations. “With cross-system management and flexible metadata schemes for handling all types of assets, the Dalet Enterprise Edition acts as our ‘super glue’ and overall workflow engine. It ties together all the diverse systems while respecting our preferred ways of working. Dalet’s enterprise-wide approach offers high scalability and multiple integration methods, providing a tremendous advantage from a business perspective and potential for expansion to include new technologies down the road.”

Dalet Enterprise Edition includes a comprehensive MAM platform with a centralized content catalogue and powerful workflow engine. Dalet also packages Enterprise Edition with specially designed toolsets to boost productivity in production, programming, and archiving workflows. Accessible from a single user interface, these purpose-built tools enable a more collaborative workflow.

“Shaw Media was looking at the big MAM picture – much more than a content repository. They wanted an advanced MAM system that would also orchestrate workflows between the various areas of their operations. We’re pleased that Dalet Enterprise Edition can fulfill their vision. Enterprise Edition will manage ingest, QC, program prep, and distribution of material in a fully integrated workflow that will allow Shaw Media to maximize their media assets as well as their human resources,” explains Frederic Roux, Director of Sales, Dalet USA. “It’s a fully collaborative environment now with Dalet managing and tracking assets and work processes across systems. Assets are easily searchable, accessible for everyone who needs them, regardless of what application or system they are working in. Many tasks in the production chain are driven by work orders and tied together by the Dalet workflow engine – from QC at ingest, editing in Final Cut for compliance editing or Promo creation, captioning, and version management to broadcast, archiving, and delivery to VOD, web, and other platforms.”

Dalet integrations at the Shaw Media facility in Toronto include Harris D-Series automation, Omneon MediaGrid production storage, Omneon Spectrum video file servers for ingest and playout, Harris Platinum video router, Apple Final Cut NLEs, Rhozet transcoders, Interra Baton for automated file-based QC, S4M traffic system, and Front Porch Digital HSM archive, as well as several systems developed in-house by Shaw Media.

About Dalet Enterprise Edition
Built-in tools streamline production and distribution workflows in sports, news, and entertainment programming. Dalet Enterprise Edition also provides a foundation for incorporating other systems and software so facilities can design the media universe of their choosing. The SOA-compliant web services APIs and multiple exchange methods ensure fluid media and data movement with lifecycle metadata tracking.

The catalog provides ultimate flexibility to satisfy the needs of every type of media organization.
