Dalet TeamRevenue is a complete advertising management system designed for radio stations and media networks to manage all aspects of the sales process: from proposal generation and order follow-up, to inventory management, trafficking, billing, copy management, and high-level post-sales analysis. Built from the ground up as a modular system, Dalet TeamRevenue can address the needs of a single station, as well as the requirements of a network of stations or interactive media outlets such as large screen displays.
As a sales tool, TeamRevenue offers a number of key benefits such as realtime update of inventory, dynamic pricing, multi-station campaigns and simplified media management. It can provide secure, web-based preview of commercials and allow advertisers to directly upload their spots to a station’s content library.
From a management perspective, Dalet TeamRevenue allows for a consistent financial and performance reporting at the station or network level. New markets and revenues can be created by leveraging the ability to offer group-wide packages for advertisers. TeamRevenue can also help reduce operating costs by allowing for functions such as sales, billing, and scheduling to be centralized at a group level or for spot distribution to be automated through direct interfaces to playout systems.
