Dalet professional services adhere to a rigorous methodology to support your organization through each step of your digital deployment. From project initialization to remote support, all project-related activities are tracked by a sophisticated data repository with web-based access that ensures consistent project documentation and reporting.
1. Project initialization Kick-off is the opportunity to clearly assert project goals and requirements and to identify milestones, critical success and risk factors. Defining the project team, the relevant communication channels and the documentation plan ensures that all parties are kept in the loop.
2. System definition Proper gathering of system requirements in terms of workflow, integration, configuration and architecture is essential. Deployment constraints need to be identified and acceptance criteria defined.
3. System design The successful integration of the digital platform with existing third-party systems requires that the list of components and interfaces be defined. Software configuration, custom developments and corresponding test plans need to be considered.
4. System implementation Based on system design constraints, integration issues are addressed through in-house configuration and testing in order to deliver a comprehensive, documented software platform at target site. Training plans and user documentation are finalized.
5. System integration The technical integration, validation and testing of the new software platform at the target site ensures that third-party components and systems are properly interfaced and supported.
6. Testing and acceptance System validation based on the acceptance plan defined during the system definition phase is essential prior to roll-out and deployment. All systems are checked and ready for lift-off.
7. Training and deployment Roll-out of the system can be incremental or comprehensive. It is synchronized with training of staff and system administrators. Rehearsals and on-site coaching ensure that the system goes on air smoothly.
8. Operation and support A closure meeting marks the end of the project and ensures that support of the system moves to standard operational mode. This post-project phase is conditioned by a support license that defines service level agreements.
